Alex Chewins founded Westcoast Lettings Ltd in Clifton (now Letsure Properties Ltd) in 2004 in association with Westcoast Properties offering specialist lettings and management services throughout the Bristol area. Today, one of the leading letting agents managing hundreds of properties, from new to period properties across the City of Bristol, covering Clifton, Redland, Cotham, Bedminster, Southville, Harbour side, Bradley Stoke and all Central Bristol areas.
The 1st August 2009 saw the end of the Westcoast Properties licence agreement providing the opportunity for Managing Director Alex Chewins to re-brand Westcoast Lettings Ltd as Letsure Properties and move the business into new markets with new improved services for landlords and tenants alike to suit the opportunities and challenges facing us today.

Letsure, now part of the National Approved Letting Scheme, will remain as specialist property managers and we are poised to move forward and expand our services and branch network.
